We’ve had this tool for quite a while now and use it heavily for processing firewood—our primary source of heat. It’s much more powerful than you’d expect. Easy to operate, built tough, and strong enough to handle hardwoods like oak. We’ve split 16” rounds without a problem. If it ever gets stuck, just reverse and try again—it’s back in action quickly.

Our only minor gripe is the height; it could use longer legs. As older folks, bending over repeatedly can be tough. But placing it on a couple of pallets solved that issue for us.
